What is Slim Life Tea?
Slim Life Tea is tea that helps you stimulate your metabolism. You receive home the 28 days complete program and some guidelines to follow in order to achieve the best results. The 14 days program is the starter pack while the complete program set has 2 packs of tea. Throughout the website then, it is shown some before and after transformations.
Ideally what what is recommended with the 14 days loss program and the complete program is:
- drink the tea 3 times a day before meals, one at breakfast, one in the afternoon and one in the evening to help you boost your metabolism
Slim Life Tea is a limited harvest first grade of Red Oolong tea. I have to say the smell is very strong and sweet just when you open the package.
My experience
I have always been a tea-drinker more than a coffee addicted person and I still have trouble with my body as the majority of people I know. Maybe it is because I am hypercritical with myself, maybe it is beauty media references or maybe I just want it to be this way. Anyway, my curiosity towards a tea which helps you burn fat faster was too big. I was intrigued.
I bought the 28 days program and I have tested it for not enough time to give a proper comment but so far so good. The tea tastes really nice and I like to sweeten it a bit with honey when I drink it in the morning.
Given my full-time job, having the tea three times per day is really difficult but I am trying my best to give it a go and at least being able to do it for an entire week.
As always, in addition to the tea I firmly believe that to get the best results, someone needs an exercise routine (I am following Carly Rowena classes on Youtube because she is amazing at training) and a healthy diet. Also, a relaxed life could help and by this I mean going to bed at the same time, eating more or less at the same time, do some sport outdoor (windows shopping works fine for me), log out from social media and iPhone for a few hours and all those things we don’t do.
Final Thoughts
Definitely a yes for the tea. It tastes good and it wakes you up in the morning full of energy for the day ahead. As for the slimming part, I have no results yet, but as I was saying I only just started and without following the 3 cups a day program.

I am really happy to hear it is not laxative . As for the other point, higher mental alertness it is true just by being a type of tea. Teas contain a small dose of caffeine, which helps to stay awake, focused and concentrated.

Onto to a better skin condition. Drinking and getting hydrated is really important since the skin needs some help from the inside as well. I do believe is the integration of the tea with the habits of drinking at least 1l+ water per day which makes your skin look healthier.
- Strengthens the immune system
Slim Life Tea assists in maintaining a healthy immune system. Tea is rich in a specific kind of antioxidants called flavonoids. These antioxidants have detoxifying effect, which protects cells from free radicals.
