Evening of Yoga
I am trying to set up a exercise routine that works for me, so twice or three times a week I take my yoga mat and I start one hour training. What I do is 15 minutes of yoga stretching (there are some position I really wanna master) and I then follow Sarah’s Day workout sheets for about 40 minutes. You have now idea how much you can sweat with her!
Also I am really trying to insert one hour of aqua aerobics back in my week! First of all because I love it and second for its effect on skin. Since it’s difficult for me me to swim (I am short sighted) and it is so boring, aqua aerobics is the perfect alternative. Not to mention I adore swimsuits.
Here this two piece set is good for some yoga sessions as for going out. Having a nice chat with friends before dinner gives the best opportunity to wear this dusty pink colour. The top fits perfectly and the trousers are very high waisted. I chose a size 8 and I have to say length wise is great, just below the ankle.
